5 Easy ways to eat less

Here are 5 easy ways to eat less. They are simple and effective. See for yourself!

1. Wear clothing that fits snugly around the waist. No stretchy waistbands.

If you can't recognize when you're full from the inside, a snug waistband will alert you from the outside!

2. Become an method actor. The role you’re playing is “You As a Thin Person.” Get into your role – really into your role. Become your character. Do what your character would do.

Imagine this is you. This is your body! Now act like it!

3. Give yourself eating instructions. Tell yourself in very specific terms what you are going to eat, the serving sizes you will have and obey yourself.

4.  Don’t eat what doesn’t taste good. You have a limited amount of calories to spend on your daily food choices. If something isn’t delicious, don’t waste calories eating it. Make your mantra – If it doesn’t take good, spit it out!

It's got to taste this good, or don't bother eating it!

5. Eat slowly, stop when you are comfortably full, dump hot sauce – a lot of hot sauce – all over any food left on your plate.Screen Shot 2015-07-17 at 7.25.58 AM

Before you say these actions won’t work, try them.

They do work and anybody can do it. ANYBODY, even YOU!
