  1. Keep your head in the sun! I’m not talking about the physical sun; I’m talking about the “bright side of things.” Spend your time thinking about how hard it is to lose weight in the summer, and yeah, you’re right, it will be hard.   2. Enjoy lots of that fresh-out-of-the-garden/off-the-vine/picked-from-the-tree produce.
