The promises in magazines, infomercials and all over your Facebook feeds are holding our false promises that cost you time, money, and faith in yourself and perhaps even your health! Even weight loss surgery requires effort on your part. Unless you’re sick and lose weight because of poor health, weight loss takes effort. You will have to work to lose weight, but the work can be pleasant and the payoff worth the effort and more!

 

2.?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????You can’t fail! Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn something to help you win next time.

When your plan doesn’t end with the result you wanted that’s not failure, it’s learning. You learned what doesn’t work. Now take time to examine the chain of events that lead to your lesson so that you can see what you need to change to win next time.

Take advantage of learning from others. Weight loss isn’t easy, get all the help you can get!
