New! Revolutionary Weight Loss Breakthrough! The secret the superstars don’t want YOU to know!

Look as good as this model in your bikini this summer!!Screen Shot 2014-04-11 at 6.15.16 AMSuperstars want to look better than the rest of us. When they find a diet that really works they don’t share it. They protect their secret because it’s job security! How can they justify the big bucks if they don’t look any better than we do?

If you’ve been waiting for the easy diet that doesn’t force you to eat tasteless, food-like substances or rely on frozen and freeze-dried, prepackaged meals there is finally a diet for you! Follow this easy weight loss plan and you’ll look as good as the superstars parading on the red carpet. There are no special foods to eat, there are no forbidden foods. If you enjoy processed foods, they’re on the plan! If you can handle lactose and gluten and you like wheat – go for it! It’s on the plan! Ice cream! Red meat! Even real butter!

Does this sound like a dream or a scam? You might have already tried dozens of diets that promised to “finally be the one that works,” but this one really is! You don’t count calories or points although there is some counting involved. You count bites! Yup! That easy! All you count is bites. That’s it and it almost doesn’t matter what you count!

Are you ready for the details?

I read about the 80Bites plan in Allure magazine and decided 80 bites wasn’t enough.

88 Bites is just right!
Here are the rules
Take 88 bites a day (more on bite size later)
Eat Breakfast like a King (spend more bites on this meal)
Eat Lunch like a Prince (spend fewer bites on this meal)
Eat Dinner Like a Pauper (spend fewest bites on this meal)
Bites of raw vegetables (except avocado) need not be counted
Bites of two servings of fresh fruit need not be counted (serving size is one piece or one cup)
Limit caloric beverages to two 8-oz servings / unlimited liquids with 0 calories

Enjoy two servings of fruit daily without “taking a bite” out of your 88 Bites!Screen Shot 2014-04-11 at 6.03.00 AM

“Bites” of foods like this party mix are counted by the individual piece.Screen Shot 2014-04-11 at 6.03.43 AM

JUST RIGHT!Screen Shot 2014-04-11 at 6.04.21 AM

Is this for real?
No, it’s not for real. It was inspired by all the wacky diets I see on Facebook and promoted on television by the popular medertainers (people who call themselves “Dr.” and host afternoon television shows jumping around promoting “new. breakthrough diets” daily that oddly negate the new, breakthrough diet showcased the day before and typically cannot be followed successfully without purchasing some sort of supplement.

I figured if people are looking for the answer to their weight loss woes I could invent a diet as good – no! better – than a lot of the ones I see people blindly trying to follow and disappointed when it doesn’t give them the promised results.

Could 88 bites actually work? Yes, it could and it could even be a healthy way to lose weight depending on what your 88 bites happen to be. I happen to like food and to eat too much for this program to work for me. I get lost in the pleasure of eating good food and can’t keep track of my bites. Once I’ve lost track “the day is blown.” No point counting bites when I don’t know how many I ate without counting!

That’s why Weight Watchers® works for me. I’d rather count points!
